Selama bulan ramadhan, seluruh umat muslim diharuskan untuk menahan lapar dan dahaga selama lebih dari 12 jam. Hal ini tentunya memberi dampak besar bagi kondisi tubuh kita.
Perubahan gaya hidup yang terjadi selama bulan puasa, baik pola makan, tidur, dan kebiasaan sehari-hari menyebabkan terjadinya banyak perubahan di dalam tubuh,

Pada hari-hari pertama, puasa mungkin kita akan merasa lemas dan pusing. Namun bila dilakukan secara sehat, puasa dipercaya dapat mendatangkan banyak manfaat baik untuk kesehatan. Untuk dapat memperoleh manfaat baik dari puasa tersebut, berikut tips menjaga kesehatan selama berpuasa:

  1. Peran Penting Sahur
    Sahur berperan penting untuk menjaga stamina tubuh selama menjalankan ibadah puasa dan aktivitas ketika di siang hari. Menu yang di makan saat sahur mempengaruhi kerja tubuh selama berpuasa. Perlu memperbanyak konsumsi makanan yang tinggi serat seperti buah dan sayur.
  2. Hindari Konsumsi Makanan Berminyak
    Makanan berminyak dapat menyebabkan penyumbatan di pembuluh darah sehingga aliran oksigen menjadi berkurang dan mengakibatkan kantuk di siang hari.
  3. Makanlah Secukupnya Saat Berbuka
    Langsung memakan banyak makanan ketika berbuka puasa, akan menyebabkan perut menjadi sesak. Makanlah secara bertahap, dimulai dengan mengkonsumsi air putih dan sedikit makanan manis.
  4. Hindari Makan Malam
    Makan terlalu banyak saat malam hari akan menyebabkan seseorang mengalami obesitas, Selain itu hindari konsumsi kopi dan soda karena akan menyebabkan sulit tidur dan menimbun banyak lemak.
  5. Aktifitas Fisik Minimal 30 Menit
    Melakukan aktivitas fisik minimal 30 menit akan membuat tubuh tetap bugar
  6. Aturlah pola tidur
    Jika harus melakukan persiapan untuk sahur dan bangun di pagi hari, maka hindari tidur terlalu malam untuk keperluan yang tidak terlalu penting.

Dengan menerapkan tips diatas, kita bisa tetap sehat dan tetap produktif selama bulan Suci Ramadhan, serta ibadah yang kita jalanankan akan lebih optimal.
